During the consultation, your concerns, medical history and treatment goals will be reviewed and appropriate options discussed If you have already completed a face-to-face consultation with an independent prescriber and have been assessed as suitable for treatment, this appointment may be used to discuss potential treatment arrangements in accordance with the prescriber’s assessment and prescription. Please note: Any prescription-only treatment can only be carried out following a face-to-face consultation with a qualified independent prescriber and only where clinically appropriate.
