Laser tattoo removal may be considered for a wide range of tattoo colours and sizes, as well as for permanent makeup such as eyebrow tattoos. Individual response varies depending on factors such as tattoo age, depth, pigment type, skin type and lifestyle. Treatment approach Tattoo removal is carried out as a course of treatments planned following consultation and mandatory patch testing. Sessions are spaced over time to allow the skin to recover and the body to process pigment fragments between treatments. How it works The laser delivers controlled energy to the pigment within the skin without targeting surrounding tissue. This process supports progressive fading rather than immediate removal. Complete removal cannot be guaranteed, and outcomes vary between individuals. What to expect • Comfort – treatment sensations vary and may feel warm or sharp for short moments • Duration – session length depends on tattoo size and location • Downtime – temporary redness, swelling or sensitivity may occur and usually settles within a short period • Results – visible fading develops progressively over a series of sessions Individual results vary, and the number of sessions required cannot be predicted in advance. Laser tattoo removal is intended to support pigment reduction and does not guarantee complete removal or scar-free outcomes. Laser tattoo removal is not suitable for everyone. A full consultation is required to assess suitability, including review of medical history, skin condition and medications. This service is offered following consultation and patch testing to ensure suitability. It is intended to support aesthetic skin appearance and confidence and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
