Service Overview IPL Re-Bright Therapy is a light-based skin service designed to support improvement in skin tone, clarity and overall skin appearance. Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) delivers controlled pulses of broad-spectrum light to the skin, targeting areas affected by uneven pigmentation, redness or sun-related skin changes. The treatment supports gradual skin brightening with minimal disruption to daily activities. This service is offered following consultation to assess suitability, skin type and individual goals. Who May Consider This Service? IPL Re-Bright Therapy may be suitable for individuals concerned about: • Uneven skin tone or dull complexion • Sun-related skin changes, freckles or dark spots • Facial redness or flushing • Visible capillaries or thread-like vessels • Overall skin clarity and brightness Suitability is confirmed during consultation. Treatment Areas IPL may be considered for areas commonly exposed to sun, including: • Face • Neck and chest • Shoulders • Arms Both isolated concerns and more widespread areas may be assessed. What to Expect • Sensation: A brief, mild snap or warmth may be felt during light pulses • Comfort: Cooling technology supports treatment comfort • Downtime: Minimal; most clients resume normal activities shortly after • Skin Response: Temporary redness or darkening of pigmented areas may occur and usually settles over time Pigmented areas may gradually flake away over the following weeks as the skin renews. Individual responses vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Treatment Planning Some clients may choose a single session for skin refreshment, while others may consider a course of treatments spaced several weeks apart to support progressive improvement. The number of sessions is determined during consultation based on skin condition and response. Aftercare & Skin Protection Sun protection and appropriate skincare are essential following IPL treatments to support results and skin recovery. Ongoing sun exposure without protection may contribute to the development of new pigmentation over time. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
