The service is offered following a personalised consultation and is intended to support cosmetic skin appearance and comfort. How the Service Works Dermapen 4™ uses ultra-fine needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin. This process supports the skin’s natural response mechanisms associated with renewal and recovery and may help improve the appearance of fine lines, skin texture and overall skin tone over time. Microneedling also supports topical absorption of professional skincare products applied during the session. Who May Consider This Service This service may be suitable for individuals concerned about: • Fine lines and early wrinkle formation • Uneven skin texture or tone • Loss of skin firmness • Dull or tired-looking skin Suitability is confirmed during consultation. The Treatment Experience Each session typically includes: • Skin cleansing and preparation • Controlled microneedling with Dermapen 4™ • Application of professional skin-supporting serums • Soothing post-treatment care Temporary redness, warmth or sensitivity may occur and usually settles within a short period. Most clients resume normal activities shortly after treatment. Treatment Planning Some clients choose a single session for skin refreshment, while others may consider a course of treatments spaced several weeks apart to support cumulative improvement. Treatment frequency is personalised based on skin response and individual goals. Safety & Aftercare A consultation is required prior to treatment to discuss suitability, expectations, potential reactions and aftercare. Individual responses vary and results cannot be guaranteed. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
