This service is aesthetic in nature and does not replace surgical procedures. What Is the Madonna Eye Lift? The Madonna Eye Lift is a non-surgical laser-based approach that targets the skin around the eyes, including the upper and lower eyelids and brow area. The treatment is intended to support a refreshed and smoother appearance while maintaining natural facial expression. How the Treatment Works Fractional CO₂ laser technology delivers energy in microscopic treatment zones, leaving surrounding tissue intact. This controlled stimulation supports the skin’s natural renewal processes over time and may contribute to gradual improvements in skin texture, firmness and tone. Because only a fraction of the skin surface is treated during each session, recovery is generally shorter compared to more aggressive resurfacing approaches. Who May Consider This Service? This service may be suitable for individuals concerned about: • Fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes • Crow’s feet • Mild eyelid skin laxity • Tired or ageing appearance of the eye area • Uneven skin texture or tone around the eyes Suitability is confirmed during consultation. This service is not recommended for individuals with prominent fat pads or certain medical conditions affecting the eye area. Treatment Planning Many clients consider a course of 2–3 sessions, typically spaced several weeks apart. Treatment frequency and planning are personalised based on skin condition, response and goals. What to Expect Temporary redness, swelling or sensitivity may occur and usually settles within a short period. A laser test patch may be required prior to treatment, especially for sensitive or darker skin types. Safety & Consultation A consultation and patch test are required before treatment to assess suitability, discuss expectations, potential reactions and aftercare guidance. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
