Carboxytherapy is an injectable skin treatment designed to support skin quality, texture and local circulation using controlled administration of medical carbon dioxide (CO₂). The treatment involves introducing small amounts of CO₂ beneath the skin surface. This process supports a temporary increase in local circulation and tissue response, which may contribute to improvements in skin appearance over time. Carboxytherapy has been used in various clinical and aesthetic settings and is offered here as a skin-supportive aesthetic service. Who may consider this service? Carboxytherapy may be considered by individuals concerned about: • Uneven skin texture • Reduced skin firmness • Stretch marks • Dark circles or puffiness in the under-eye area • Areas of reduced skin vitality Treatment approach Each treatment plan is personalised following a consultation and assessment of skin condition and suitability. Some clients may choose a single session, while others may consider a series of treatments spaced over time as part of a broader skin care plan. Treatment frequency and number of sessions are determined individually. What to expect • Duration – treatment time varies depending on the area treated • Sensation – mild pressure, warmth or temporary discomfort may be experienced • Downtime – temporary redness, swelling, bruising or tenderness may occur and usually settles within a short period • Recovery – most clients resume normal activities shortly after treatment Individual responses vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. This service is intended to support aesthetic skin appearance and confidence and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions. Temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness or skin sensitivity may occur. Full risks, aftercare guidance and recovery expectations are discussed during consultation. Carboxytherapy is not suitable for everyone. A full consultation is required to assess suitability, including medical history and skin condition.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
